Rich in vitamin C, they help keep skin taught and promotes collagen production. Watercress – Watercress is chock full of natural antioxidants, minerals and manganese, carotene and potassium. Natures powerful cleansing agent, it nourishes the skin while flushing out toxins. They make a lovely addition to a salad too!
